All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified.
3. Payments
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept domestic payments via UPI and other online methods and international payments via PayPal, Stripe, and Wire Transfer.
- Prices for our services are provided individually or listed on our official communication channels.
- Any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the client.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate, complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
- Ensure all content provided (such as logos, images, text) complies with applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights.
- Cooperate with us promptly and professionally to enable effective service delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
- Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created by us during the project (such as designs, marketing materials, websites) remains the property of Web Ninja Solutions Private Limited until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the digital and service-based nature of our business, all payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement.
- If a project is cancelled by the client after commencement, no refund will be provided for work already completed.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in question.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your confidentiality.
All confidential information shared between both parties during the course of service delivery will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent, except as required by law.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if:
- You breach these Terms;
- You engage in illegal, unethical, or harmful behaviour; or
- We are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date shall remain payable.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
