2. Completion Guarantee: Web Ninja Solutions Pvt. Ltd. guarantees to complete the project within the agreed-upon timeframe and deliver a satisfactory final product. We strive to maintain the highest standards of professionalism, expertise, and customer satisfaction. However, in rare cases where we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will consider refunding the advance payment.
   
3. Special Circumstances: Under special circumstances that prevent Web Ninja Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from completing the project, the client may be eligible for a refund of the advance payment. Such circumstances include but are not limited to
   a. Technical limitations that hinder the successful execution of the project.
   b. Unforeseen challenges or events that prevent us from fulfilling our commitment.
   c. Acts of nature, disasters, or circumstances beyond our control impede project completion.
   
4. Refund Process: To request a refund under special circumstances, the client must provide written notice to Web Ninja Solutions Pvt. Ltd., detailing the specific reasons and circumstances necessitating the refund. Our team will review the request and assess its validity based on the agreed-upon terms and conditions of the project.
   
5. Partial Refunds: In cases where the project has commenced but remains incomplete, and Web Ninja Solutions Pvt. Ltd. determines that a refund is warranted, a partial refund may be issued. The amount refunded will be calculated based on the work completed up until the time of termination.
   
6. Non-Refundable Situations: Apart from the special circumstances mentioned above, the advance payment is non-refundable. This policy remains in effect even if the client decides to cancel the project or terminate the agreement for reasons unrelated to Web Ninja Solutions Pvt. Ltd.’s performance.
   
7. Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes or disagreements regarding refunds or project completion, both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter through negotiation and dialogue.
