Due to the nature of the services we provide, all payments made to us are final and non-refundable.

1. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services offered by Web Ninja Solutions Private Limited, including but not limited to:

  • Digital marketing services

2. No Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, either in full or in part, for:

  • Services already purchased
  • Work already completed
  • Services that have been partially delivered
  • Delays caused by client-side issues (e.g., failure to provide content, approvals, feedback)

Once payment is made, it is considered confirmation of your commitment to proceed, and funds are immediately allocated to resources, planning, and project execution.

3. Cancellation by Client

If you decide to cancel a service after work has started, no refund will be issued for work completed or resources allocated.
You will remain responsible for any outstanding fees for work already undertaken up to the point of cancellation.

4. Cancellation by Company

In rare circumstances, if Web Ninja Solutions Private Limited is unable to deliver a service due to internal reasons (e.g., unforeseen operational challenges), we reserve the right to cancel a project. In such a case, at our sole discretion, we may offer a partial or full refund based on the proportion of services not yet delivered.

5. Exceptional Cases

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise.
In rare and exceptional cases, we may — at our sole and absolute discretion — consider a partial refund.
To request consideration, you must submit a formal written request explaining the exceptional circumstances to contact@webninjasolutions.com.
However, submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a breach of this Refund Policy and may result in immediate termination of all ongoing services, without refund, and potential legal action.

We encourage you to contact us directly if you experience any issues — we are committed to fair and respectful resolutions.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
